旅行服务条款 / Travel Service Terms

1. 适用范围 / Scope

本条款适用于通过 manyoujiholiday.com 提交的行程咨询、产品预订与人民币 ¥200 预订金订单。网站由云南慢游记国际旅行社有限公司运营。

These terms apply to itinerary enquiries, tour reservations and CNY 200 reservation-deposit orders submitted through manyoujiholiday.com.

2. 产品信息与报价 / Tour Information and Quotes

网页中的图片、行程、酒店等级、参考团费和服务说明用于展示产品方向。实际安排会根据日期、人数、供应情况和旅客需求确认。

Website images, itineraries, hotel standards, indicative prices and service descriptions are for product presentation. Actual arrangements depend on dates, group size, availability and traveler requirements.

3. 预订金 / Reservation Deposit

人民币 ¥200 用于提交预订意向和锁定顾问服务流程。完成线上付款不等同于最终行程、价格或旅游合同已经确认。预订状态以旅行顾问核对付款并书面确认后为准。

The CNY 200 payment records your reservation request and starts the confirmation process. Payment alone does not confirm the final itinerary, tour price or travel contract.

4. 正式确认与合同 / Final Confirmation and Contract

旅行顾问将通过 WhatsApp、电邮或其他双方认可的方式确认路线、人数、日期、团费、包含项目、付款节点及取消规则。若网站内容与正式旅游合同不一致，以双方最终签署的合同为准。

Your advisor will confirm the itinerary, travelers, dates, total price, inclusions, payment schedule and cancellation rules. The final signed travel contract prevails over website summaries.

5. 变更、取消与退款 / Changes, Cancellation and Refunds

变更、取消和退款按照最终旅游合同、已经发生的合理费用、供应商政策及适用法律处理。在确认正式方案前，请勿自行预订不可退改的机票或其他衔接服务。

Changes, cancellations and refunds are handled under the final contract, reasonable costs already incurred, supplier policies and applicable law. Avoid booking non-changeable connecting services before final confirmation.

6. 旅客责任 / Traveler Responsibilities

• 提供真实、准确且完整的联系人和旅客信息；
• 确认护照、签证、健康、保险及入境要求；
• 及时告知年龄、行动能力、饮食、过敏、高反或其他特殊需求；
• 遵守目的地法律、安全提示与团队合理安排。

Travelers must provide accurate information, confirm passport, visa, health, insurance and entry requirements, disclose relevant special needs, and follow destination laws and reasonable safety instructions.

7. 第三方服务与不可抗力 / Suppliers and Events Beyond Control

酒店、交通、景区、航班及其他第三方服务可能因天气、交通管制、政策、自然事件或其他无法合理控制的情况调整。我们会在安全和可执行范围内协助安排合理替代方案。

Hotels, transport, attractions, flights and other third-party services may change due to weather, regulation, natural events or circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will assist with reasonable alternatives where safe and practicable.

8. 付款凭证与通信 / Payment Proof and Communications

提交订单后，请按照订单完成页提示支付并将凭证发送至指定 WhatsApp。请保存订单编号及双方确认记录。我们不会要求您提供银行卡密码或短信验证码。

Follow the order-completion instructions, send payment proof to the designated WhatsApp, and retain your order number and confirmation records. We will not ask for banking passwords or one-time security codes.

9. 隐私 / Privacy

我们按照隐私政策处理咨询、订单和服务所需的信息。

Information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. 联系与争议处理 / Contact and Disputes

如有订单或服务问题，请先联系旅行顾问或发送邮件至 ZongHengTravel@manyoujiholiday.com。我们会优先通过沟通和合同约定处理；适用法律和管辖以正式旅游合同为准。

For order or service concerns, contact your advisor or ZongHengTravel@manyoujiholiday.com. Applicable law and dispute arrangements are governed by the final travel contract.
